To meet the SME prospects in a defined geography and present the RSPL value proposition, onboard them and generate sustained revenue growth from them

To identify, create and develop the partner network and responsible for

driving the topline of the partner in the defined geography

To have the capability and capacity of combing the market and can do 6-8 meetings per day.

Ensure creation of monthly travel plan which means on an average a BDM will be travelling/remain in the defined geography for 20-25 days in a month to meet the customers, partners and influencers.

Motivate partners to participate in the Reward & Recognition, incentive framework

Ensure timely communication of all changes in the policies and processes are communicated to the partners

Account Management of Key SME customers & Partners

Prepare reports and share it with the seniors and clearly stating what is working and what is not.

Experience 3 - 6 Years
Salary 4 Lac To 7 Lac P.A.
