Need Executive/Sr Executive - Hyper Sales



Technical: Should have 3-6 years of experience of Modern trade experience in consumer durables / dealer network driven organizations.

Managerial: Ability to inspire colleagues and training them, system / market knowledge, ability to handle dealers, analytical / leadership skills.

Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Appoint, Manage, & Train Team to achieve business growth.

- Handling Key Accounts and Large Format Stores like D-Mart, Spencer, Big Bazaar, Reliance Trend, ABRL, Max Hyper, and More.

- Manage, motivate & guide sales team to achieve growth & profitability.

- Ensure Secondary sales from assigned counters

- Ensure Counter share in line with targets

- Regular monitoring and reporting of sales in assigned counters

Discuss with Dept Managers regarding issues and feedback of products and promoters

Experience 3 - 7 Years
Salary 2 Lac 25 Thousand To 5 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
